Return Policy
- We will always accept returns for a full refund as long as it is within 30 days of order delivery date and items are unopened, unused and in original packaging.
- Please call our Customer Care Dept. at (855) 424-7123 or email us at haircareandbeauty@gmail.com to arrange for the return.
- We do not refund shipping charges if you refuse to accept packages sent.
- Any package that is returned to us, undeliverable for insufficient or wrong address is subject to a refund less our actual shipping cost.
- Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed and refunded, once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
A return fee of $8.45 will be deducted from the refund total
